Integrated agency Rave has created a television campaign for a new range of Harry Potter toys and merchandise from collectable’s manufacturer Corgi.
The range will be released to tie-in with the cinema release of the film Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and the publication of the final book in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, on 21 July. The range includes action figures, play sets and wand games
Warwickshire-based Rave has worked on previous Corgi projects including its Forward March collection. Corgi recruited Richard Hopkins to be its European marketing chief last October. He had previously worked for the company in the late 90s.
The company celebrated its 50th anniversary last year and recently signed its first sponsorship deal with The History Channel. Rave’s other clients include Carlsberg and DHL.
